Use of Content
All content provided through our website is intended for lawful and personal use unless otherwise stated.
You may not, without appropriate permission:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish protected content.
- Resell or commercially exploit our products or materials.
- Share paid or restricted content with unauthorized persons.
- Upload our paid digital products to other websites, platforms, groups, or services.
- Remove, alter, hide, or attempt to remove any watermark or purchase identification.
- Misuse our website, products, or services.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or digital content.
Personalized Digital Products
Certain purchased digital products may contain personalized purchase information or a visible watermark associated with the customer or purchase.
Such information may include the purchaser’s name, email address, order or purchase number, purchase date, or other relevant purchase identification details.
Customers should understand that this information may remain visible within the downloaded digital product.
Sharing Responsibility
We strongly recommend that customers do not share, redistribute, transfer, resell, upload, publish, or make their purchased digital products available to another person without appropriate authorization.
If a customer voluntarily shares a personalized digital product with another person, the customer does so at their own responsibility.
Pradhan’s Edtech shall not be responsible for the consequences arising from the customer’s voluntary sharing or disclosure of a digital product containing personalized purchase information or a watermark.
Intellectual Property
The content, branding, logos, designs, educational materials, text, graphics, images, videos, ebooks, pdf files, digital resources, and other materials available on our website may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, copying, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation may result in appropriate action under applicable laws.
Digital Products and Services
Access to courses, ebooks, downloadable materials, memberships, or other digital products may be subject to specific terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Certain digital products may also be subject to download limits, time restrictions, or access conditions as described in our Order and Digital Delivery Policy.
Membership Plans
Pradhan’s Edtech may offer membership plans that provide eligible members with specified benefits, discounts, access, or other privileges as described on the website or membership request form.
Membership plans are provided through a request-based process. Membership plans are not available for direct purchase through an online checkout on our website.
Customers interested in a membership may submit the applicable membership request form. The form may display the available membership plans, membership tenure, applicable price, benefits, and other relevant information.
Submitting a membership request does not by itself constitute a completed purchase or guarantee membership activation.
Membership Request and Verification
After receiving a membership request, we may review the information provided by the customer and may contact the customer through the email address or mobile number provided in the request for confirmation, clarification, or verification.
We may also contact the customer where necessary to complete the membership activation process.
Once the applicable payment or mandate process has been successfully completed through our designated payment gateway, we may assign the selected membership to the customer’s account for the applicable membership period.
The customer may then view their active membership and applicable benefits through their account or membership section on our website.
Membership Payment and Mandate
Where membership payment is processed through a payment gateway mandate or recurring payment mechanism, the customer authorizes the applicable payment process according to the terms displayed during the mandate setup and the payment provider’s applicable terms.
Membership activation is subject to successful completion and confirmation of the applicable payment or mandate process.
The availability of a membership request form does not mean that the membership has been purchased or activated automatically.
Membership Cancellation
A customer may contact Pradhan’s Edtech to request cancellation of an active membership or applicable mandate, subject to the available cancellation process and applicable payment gateway rules.
Where a customer wishes to stop future recurring payments, the customer should contact us and/or use the applicable cancellation mechanism provided by the payment gateway, where available.
Cancellation of a mandate or membership does not automatically create a right to a refund for any amount already successfully paid or processed for an existing membership period.
Membership Refunds
Membership payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable payment has been successfully processed and the membership has been activated, except where a refund is required under applicable law or where Pradhan’s Edtech specifically approves a refund.
Cancelling a membership or recurring mandate does not by itself entitle the customer to a refund of amounts already paid for the current or previous membership period.
Where a membership remains active for a period that has already been paid for, cancellation of future renewal or recurring payment will generally not terminate the already-paid membership period unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
Membership Benefits
Membership benefits, discounts, offers, access, and other privileges may vary according to the selected membership plan.
Benefits are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the relevant membership plan and may be changed, updated, replaced, or discontinued where reasonably necessary.
Membership benefits are intended for the eligible member and may not be transferable unless expressly permitted by Pradhan’s Edtech.
Rewards and Points Programme
Pradhan’s Edtech may provide a Rewards and Points programme to eligible customers.
Rewards Points may be awarded for selected activities, purchases, offers, promotions, or other activities specified by Pradhan’s Edtech.
Value of Rewards Points
For the current Rewards and Points system, 100 Rewards Points may be treated as having a redemption value of ₹1, subject to the applicable conversion rules displayed on our website.
This value represents a redemption/conversion value only. Rewards Points are not cash, electronic money, bank balance, deposit, stored value, or a promise to pay money.
Rewards Points cannot be withdrawn, transferred to a bank account, exchanged for cash, or treated as legal tender.
Conversion and Coupon Use
Where eligible, Rewards Points may be claimed or converted into a coupon or discount code according to the applicable rules displayed on the website.
The resulting coupon or discount may be applied automatically during checkout where supported, or may be entered manually by the customer where applicable.
The actual availability, conversion ratio, minimum points requirement, maximum redemption, and other conditions may vary and will be displayed in the relevant Rewards section or customer dashboard.
Changes to Rewards Points
Rewards Points rules, earning opportunities, conversion values, eligible activities, redemption conditions, and available benefits may change from time to time.
Pradhan’s Edtech may update or modify the Rewards and Points programme when reasonably necessary. Customers should refer to the current Rewards section or their account dashboard for the latest applicable information.
Expiry of Rewards Coupons
A coupon or discount generated or claimed using Rewards Points may have an expiry date.
The applicable expiry date will be displayed when the coupon or reward is claimed, where applicable. Customers are responsible for using the coupon before its expiry.
After expiry, the coupon or associated benefit may no longer be available for use.
No Monetary Value of Points
Rewards Points themselves have no independent cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Any monetary amount displayed in connection with Rewards Points represents only the applicable redemption value for eligible purchases or discounts under the Rewards programme.
Third-Party Platforms
Some services may be provided through third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of our website, products, services, or content when reasonably necessary.
Changes to Terms
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published may constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
