Order and Digital Delivery
At Pradhan’s Edtech, we provide digital products and services only. We currently do not offer or sell physical products. Therefore, no physical shipping or courier delivery is applicable to our products.
Order Confirmation
After successfully placing an order and completing the applicable payment, customers may receive an order confirmation through the website, email, or another available communication method.
Membership Requests and Activation
Membership plans are provided through a request-based process and are not directly available for purchase through an online checkout on our website.
Customers can submit the membership request form after selecting their preferred membership plan and applicable tenure. The request form may display the applicable membership price, tenure, benefits, and other relevant information.
Submitting the form only creates a membership request and does not by itself complete the membership purchase.
After receiving the request, we may review the submitted information and may contact the customer through the email address or mobile number provided for confirmation or verification, where necessary.
Where applicable, the payment or recurring mandate is completed through our designated payment gateway. Once the applicable payment or mandate has been successfully activated and confirmed, we may assign the selected membership to the customer’s account for the applicable membership period.
After activation, the customer may access their account or membership section to view their active membership and applicable membership benefits.
Membership Period
Membership benefits remain available according to the selected membership plan and applicable tenure.
The membership period begins according to the activation terms communicated or displayed during the membership request and payment process.
Cancellation of a future recurring payment or mandate does not automatically provide a refund for an already-paid membership period.
Digital Product Delivery
Digital products, including ebooks, pdf files, images, downloadable educational materials, courses, digital resources, and other eligible products, may be provided electronically through:
- A download link or download button.
- A customer account or member area.
- Email or another applicable digital delivery method.
Download Link Validity
Where a downloadable digital product is provided, the download link or download button may remain available for 7 days from the date or time it is provided to the customer.
After the expiry of the 7-day validity period, the download link may automatically expire or become unavailable.
Maximum Download Limit
Customers may download an eligible digital product a maximum of 3 times.
The download button or link may allow only three downloads, after which further downloads may not be available through the original download link.
Customers are advised to download and securely save their purchased digital products before the expiry of the download validity period and within the permitted download limit.
Personalized Purchase Watermark
To help protect our digital products and prevent unauthorized distribution, certain purchased digital products may contain a personalized purchase watermark.
This watermark may be visible on products such as:
- Images
- Pdf files
- Digital documents
- Educational resources
- Other eligible downloadable content
Depending on the product and available information, the watermark may contain details associated with the purchase, including:
- Purchaser’s name
- Purchase or order number
- Email address
- Date of purchase
- Other relevant purchase identification details
The purpose of this personalized watermark is to identify the original purchase and help discourage unauthorized copying, distribution, or sharing.
Do Not Share Purchased Digital Products
We strongly recommend that customers do not share, redistribute, resell, upload, publish, or make available their purchased digital products to any other person without appropriate authorization.
If a customer voluntarily shares a personalized digital product with another person, the customer understands and agrees that the product may contain their personal purchase information, including information displayed through the purchase watermark.
Customer Responsibility for Sharing
Any sharing, distribution, transfer, or unauthorized disclosure of a purchased digital product by the customer is done at the customer’s own responsibility.
Pradhan’s Edtech shall not be responsible for the consequences arising from a customer’s voluntary sharing of a personalized digital product, including the disclosure of purchase-related information contained in the watermark.
By purchasing and downloading a personalized digital product, the customer acknowledges that the product may contain purchase identification information and agrees to use and protect the product responsibly.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information while placing an order.
- Using a compatible device and internet connection.
- Downloading and saving their purchased digital products within the applicable time and download limits.
- Keeping their downloaded files secure after successful delivery.
- Protecting purchased digital products from unauthorized access or distribution.
- Understanding that certain digital products may contain personalized purchase information or watermarks.
We may not be responsible for the inability to access a digital product after the applicable download period or maximum download limit has expired.
