Refund and Cancellation

At Pradhan’s Edtech, we provide digital products and services. Please carefully review the product description and applicable information before placing an order.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds may generally not be available once a product has been successfully delivered, accessed, downloaded, or otherwise made available to the customer, except where required under applicable law.

Download Access

For eligible downloadable products:

  • The download link or button may remain valid for 7 days.
  • The product may be downloaded a maximum of 3 times.
  • Customers are advised to complete their downloads within the available time and download limits.

Once the applicable download period has expired or the maximum download limit has been reached, access through the original download link may no longer be available.

Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation requests may be considered before an order has been processed or before the digital product, service, download link, or product access has been provided.

Once access to a digital product has been granted, delivered, downloaded, or made available, cancellation may generally not be possible.

Membership Cancellation and Refunds

Membership plans are provided through a request-based process and are not directly purchased through an online checkout on our website.

A customer may contact Pradhan’s Edtech to request cancellation of an active membership or to request cancellation of a recurring payment mandate, subject to the applicable payment gateway process.

Cancellation of Recurring Mandate

If a customer wishes to stop future recurring membership payments, they may contact us and/or use the applicable cancellation option provided by the payment gateway, where available.

Cancellation of the recurring mandate will generally prevent future payments from being processed, subject to the payment gateway’s applicable processing timelines and rules.

No Refund After Membership Activation

Once a membership payment has been successfully processed and the membership has been activated, the amount paid for that membership period is generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law or is specifically approved by Pradhan’s Edtech.

Cancelling a recurring mandate or requesting cancellation of a membership does not by itself create a right to a refund for amounts already paid.

If a customer cancels a recurring mandate after a membership payment has already been successfully processed, the customer may continue to have access to the applicable membership benefits until the end of the already-paid membership period, unless otherwise specified.

Membership Cancellation Request

A customer may contact us to request cancellation of their membership. Such cancellation requests may be processed according to the applicable membership and payment terms.

Cancellation of membership does not automatically result in a refund of the unused portion of an already-paid membership period.

Membership Activation Issues

If a payment or mandate is successfully completed but the membership is not activated due to a technical or processing issue attributable to Pradhan’s Edtech, the customer should contact us with the relevant transaction details.

We will review the matter and take appropriate action based on the circumstances.

Duplicate or Incorrect Membership Payment

If a customer believes that a membership payment has been processed more than once or incorrectly, they should contact us with the relevant order, transaction, or payment details.

Such cases will be reviewed and handled appropriately.

Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If a customer believes that they have been charged incorrectly or have made a duplicate payment, they should contact us with the relevant order and transaction details.

Such requests will be reviewed appropriately.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the refund may be processed within 7 to 15 days through the original payment method or another suitable method, subject to applicable payment provider policies and applicable laws.
